Contact Lenses

Everyone is different when it comes to wearing contact lenses and gone are the days when one type of lens had to suit everyone.

With the monthly contact lens you wear the same pair day in, day out for a month, removing them every night and cleaning. Most monthly lenses should not be worn for more than 12 hours at a time and ideally you should never sleep in them. The second most popular contact lens would have to be the daily contact lens. People who choose the daily contact lenses will get around 30 pairs to last them a month, you wear a pair for a day, then through them away and then wear a new pair the next day. A lot of people prefer this option as they get a new, fresh pair each day so it is especially popular with people who have sensitive eyes.
